(Overview)— in short

OmniQm Host is the restaurant system we're building, starting at the front of house: an AI host that answers guests day and night, in English and Portuguese, only from what the restaurant has written down, and calls for a person when it can't help. It's built by an operator: our founder ran Brazilian steakhouses for five years.

(Details)— what we built
01

A host stand that never closes

Guests chat with the restaurant's AI host on its own website, through a chat link or a QR code, on any device, in English or Brazilian Portuguese. It answers questions about the menu, hours, parking and policies at any hour.

02

Only what the restaurant wrote

The host answers from the restaurant's own menu and knowledge base and nothing else. It quotes prices exactly as written, never adds up a total, and passes anything it can't answer to the team. Every safety layer is tested against real trick messages.

03

What needs a person comes first

Reservation requests, large parties and events, catering and takeout, and "call me back" requests become leads for the team, with an alert by email. Owners and managers see what needs them at a glance, on a laptop or a phone.

04

Where it's going

The first release is live. Next come guest texts and email, one channel at a time, on the way to a full restaurant system with the point of sale, payments and reservations in the same place.
